A Little About Me...

Hey! My name is Kelley Rowland 

I started grooming in 2009 and since then I bought and have been operating my own grooming shop, and started my breeding business.

For the last 20 years I have been dedicated to my pups, my customers, and helping others find the perfect furry fit for their family!

Yorkies

Yorkshire Terriers have been around since the late 1800s.

Most commonly found in agriculture for rodent control, the yorkshire terriers found their ways into many homes as family companions and workers pets!

With a big personality in a little body, these yorkies easily become another member of the family!

Please review my current pet parent policy and contract. Every puppy parent must sign one before a puppy is to be released to them. This is for the safety, care, and future of the puppies and their best interests.

NuVet Supplements

It is required for my health and wellness policy, that all puppies are given NuVet vitamins. 

For many reasons, due to the over processed food that are distributed, I require the pups stay on the vitamins for a minimum amount of time, with a heavy recommendation that they continue use when the contract time period ends.

This is a contract legal and binding stating you must read and sign and abide by it :
** you must spay or neuter your pet no later then  9 - 11 months old you must email or screen shot and text to 575-630-0034 confirmation must be sent or there will be a fee of $2000.00 extra for breeder fee added to the total. I charge $100 an hour plus what ever gas price is at the time rounder up for travel fee + motel fees to bring the dog to you.

I under stand that I must get my pet spay or neutered at 8 to 9 months I do not have breeding right. .
Pet home means the akc papers and breeding right will not be provided and you must not have any puppies with the dog you buy from us. It will be sent to my lawyer and in this case you will be charged fee for lawyer $6500 or more depending on lawyer fee. $3500 for breeding rights. breeding right are not giving with out a written agreement ever. 
*Buyer agrees to continue vaccinations, deworming treatments ,feed and water said puppy as decocted in conversations and paper work and continue vet visits in a regular manner. Nu-vet is part of the health and well being of the dog please use the link to buy the nu-vet if the link or the nu-vet  is not used it will void my 2 health guarantee . Any evidence of abuse , neglect failure to maintain the proper vaccines, de-warming food and grooming brushing bathing monthly, vet care, teeth care every 2 yrs is also a must.
puppy's stay with me tell 8 weeks if the are tine's they can stay up to 12 weeks or as We see fit. 
We am not a day care when you puppy is ready to go at 8 weeks you must pick up your pet at the times and dates I provide I am not a daycare and will charge a charge of $40.00 a day for extra training and daycare and supply's at 8 weeks they are no longer my responsibility. NO EXCEPTIONS YOU WILL BE CHARGED $40 A DAY.
HAVING A PET MEANS RESPONSIBILITYS 
SELLER DOSE NOT GUARANTEE SIZE ( I will be happy to chart puppy it is not guaranteed it is an estimation OR COLOR quality, perfect teeth, show ability ,disposition, fertility retained testicles and hernias and are excluded from guarantee. Hernias are caused at birth when mom pulls to hard on the puppy while still attached to the placenta I do try to keep this from happening . Retained tentacles are naturally occurring and cannot be predicted, they are also not considered a life - threatening genetic defect also allergies are not life threatening and some dogs have them just like people there still is no guarantee  I do how ever try to breed that out , also  ISSUES LIKE COCCIDIA, GIARDIA, KENNEL COUGH, OR FLU , or ANY OTHER TYPE OF PARASITES ARE PRONE TO THE AREA HAVE THE VET CHECK THEM AT THERE WELL BABIE as stated on shot record. . Fecal test at vets 1st apt and that should be with in 2 days of pick up. that is part of the health warranty. The puppies have been treated as stated on records as recommended by my vet. Seller guarantees puppy against any fatal viruses for 48 hrs. after pick up or delivery date . Never put your puppy on the gowned when traveling from pick up tell two weeks after there last shot this will void health warrant . If at any time you decide your pet or situation changes and you can not keep your pet please contact me we will gladly take the dog back at anytime we will help find an approved home if you have found a home new home you must let us know so we can update paper work . If by chance your beloved pet pass please let me know for my records and cause of despatcher as soon as possible with parents name and birthday. If a life threating genetic defects happens Seller is not responsible for shipping or return of puppy or adult dog. Your must take to vet under no circumstances will we take a dog that needs vet care stabilize then return. We do genetic testing to prevent genetic flaws on all parents to do the best breeding program We to breed healthy and happy puppy's. Owning a dog means trips to the vet we are never responsible for vet care or bills. You must send documentation of spa or neutered before they are 1 yr old or you can be find  . A rehoming fee of $500 you will be charged This is meant to discourage any one from buying a puppy and changing their minds . We do not give refunds! 
Any disputes will be to the cost of the buyer . Any legal disputes will be settled in Ruidoso New Mexico . We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to any one at any time .

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery or pick up to the best of Our knowledge . Be sure this puppy is for you . We do not offer refunds . We will be glad to take the puppy back it is very hard on the puppy to keep displace repeatedly. I will not refund any money. We will proved a new puppy of our choice to replace sick puppy. You must provide vet records. Warrantee is for 6 months of the birthday. A puppy of equal or less value . Note!! Micro's or tinny, teacups, runt these are not guaranteed . A puppy that small can have immune issues , or other un- foreseen medical issues, there are usually reasons they are small. They are not covered under this warrant .Many risks involved in this size we do our best to proved a health pet and do test all parents before breeding them (embark ).micro, tine's teacup runt  this size must eat 4 to 6 times a day stress low blood sugar, can be a problem for the little guys. Sugar drops can be deadly!  keep pet down low beds and couches stairs many thing above the knees can be deadly if they fall...If you have children they must sit on the tooshies bottoms, ground and be watched by parents this is not a toy its a living thing. keep it to short times to start puppy's do need rest and sleep. we socialize our puppy but they are not around children all day every day it can stress them out.
In the even of a medical problem the opinion of two licensed vet, Dr. franklin or Dr.Favis. is required to determine that the puppy has a life threatening genetic defect that was present at birth . The puppy must them be returned 48 hrs. from delivery after vet visit accompanied by a letter from examining veterinarian stating the defect and show test results . Death due to accident or neglect on part of buyer is never covered. It is buyers responsibility to send puppy back or paper.  I the buyer agree to the terms. I the buyer have read and agree to all conditions and terms of this purchase and understand them . I agree even if I don't read this paper work. Sure the puppy is eating and drinking . This warranty dose not cover anything that can be prevented .Deposit are non - refundable ! A deposit is your hold or save  in line for the next available puppy tell you fine the right one for your family it hold this puppy tell 8 weeks old at pick up dates we give 2 days and time many times starting at 10:30  you will pick from. deposit can be mailed check or Venmo or PayPal the deposit is $500 plus fee if any. Final payment is due cash only you will be turned away if it is not in cash . Due to others miss use . Any puppy not picked up and paid in full will be forfeited and deposit will not be returned it is always non transferable and non refundable . We will not hold puppy after pick up date with out an arrangement of daycare and payment .This purchase and understand them . I agree 100% to abide by them and send all paper work spay and neuter paper work at the sellers request at time of vet visit 8-9 months of age no later. If all grown dogs rehomed must be fixed in 2 months with photo sent to me with there akc given name and id.

This is for AKC and there records to know were the dog is. feeding and care : I free feed all my dogs and puppy's I will send home some you can change at anytime doing it by feeding 50/50 then 25/75 tell old food is gone soft food feed for a week to 2 weeks just to be sure they are eating well I have been struggling with a great dog food. I will make sure you get the right food at time of pick up. puppy need to be held feed 3 times a day rest nappes and exercise and more rest there still babies. Please keep puppy off the ground tell the time I stated in there shot records or vet approved .If you need anything please call or text for questions censures anything at all .
